WorldStrides Canada 2026 Photo and Video Contest
Show the world what it’s like to travel with WorldStrides Canada and you could win one of 21 prizes! Tour pics, vlogs, and especially short-form video—we want your unique POV on our programs.
The Prizes
Up to three monthly winners will receive a $50 digital e-gift card each month of the contest, February through June. (That’s 15 monthly winners total!) Our panel of judges will select a winner from each of three categories:
POV
Show us the trip through your eyes! Think TikTok-style videos that tell a story fast. Whether it’s a quick laugh, a surprising moment, or a snapshot of daily adventures, bring your perspective to life.
Destination highlights
From famous landmarks to must-see museums, this is your chance to shine in front of the iconic spots everyone will remember. Don’t just visit—capture the moment!
Learning in action
Whether it’s a hands-on workshop, cultural excursion, or fun class activity, show us your group diving in and making memories while learning.
Up to six Grand Prize winners will receive a $150 digital e-gift card. Grand Prize winners will be chosen from submissions of "production pieces," including but not limited to edited videos, creative photo collages, and submissions with accompanying narratives about their trip. These winning entries will be selected regardless of category and announced at the end of the contest. Also, you can win the Grand Prize even if you’ve already won a monthly one.
Eligibility
From February 3 through June 30, 2026, you can enter to win by submitting your best photos or videos from your WorldStrides Canada tour. All tour participants, Program Leaders, and chaperones who travelled or will travel with us between September 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, are eligible to participate.
WorldStrides Canada includes Explorica, Brightspark, Jumpstreet, and Éducatours, so all participants in tours operated by any of these brands, as well as WorldStrides Canada Performing Arts and Sports tours, are eligible to enter.
Submission Requirements
The best submissions will include groups of students doing what they do best: learning new things and experiencing the world around them!
In addition, you’ll want to keep these things in mind:

Try to avoid heavily edited, filtered, blurry, or overexposed images and shots.

Opt for candid photos and videos over posed ones.

Keep videos around the 15-second mark, with 60 seconds as the max.

No social media watermarks (like from TikTok, BeReal, etc.).

Each photo or video submission can only be considered once (no need to upload the same content multiple times).

Consent to submit from all parties pictured is required; by submitting for this contest, you release your photos and/or videos for use in future WorldStrides Canada marketing materials.
Ready to Enter?
1. Access our online submission platform in the language of your choice.
2. Upload your photos and videos and fill in a few details like your name, travel destination, school or travel group, and a short caption . Then hit submit.
3. Keep an eye on your inbox at the beginning of each month to see if your submission has been selected to win a prize.
Be sure to get your entries in before 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2026.
We’ll email all winners directly, but a lot of great runner-up submissions will also be featured on social media! Keep your eyes on our Instagram and Facebook to keep up with all our favourites throughout the contest.
The Rules
All submitted photos and videos must be taken during your WorldStrides Canada tour, with travel dates between September 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. Only registered travellers, including tour participants, chaperones, and Program Leaders, may submit photos or videos. This contest is only open to legal citizens of Canada and the United States.
